2020 Training Schedule
for CNC Turning Centers
Scheduled courses are offered free of charge to customers
Customers who would like to attend any of these training classes must complete and submit the MCC Training Class Registration Form at least three weeks prior to the course date to reserve a place in the class.
MCC Training Class Registration FormClasses will be conducted in the Marubeni Citizen-Cincom Training Facilities at these locations: Allendale New Jersey, Fountain Valley California, Elk Grove Village Illinois, & Agawam Massachusetts.
*Classes begin no later than 9:15 AM and end at 4:00 PM every day.
*Classes are subject to cancellation three weeks before start date due to poor registration interest.
*For all machines not listed: Training can be scheduled at Marubeni Citizen-Cincom at $950 per day per class or at customer’s facility at our normal service rate.

CINCOM Programming Class
Attendees should have basic G&M code CNC programming knowledge. The class will focus on Cincom Swiss-type lathe programming with an emphasis on both part processing and programming.
MIYANO Programming Class
Attendees should have basic G&M code CNC programming knowledge. The class will focus on Citizen Miyano machine lathe programming with an emphasis on both part processing and programming.
Advanced Applications – CINCOM Focused
Attendees should be experienced Cincom programmers that have written multiple programs. First time or new programmers should NOT attend.
Maintenance Training
Attendees are expected to have basic knowledge of ball screws and bearings including concepts of axis alignments.
CINCOM Operator Setup and Review
Attendees should have basic machine knowledge and familiarity with Cincom setup. This is ideal for a setup operator that has proven programs and would like further setup training.
Laser Applications
Who should attend: Any engineer that already knows L20 programming and processing and desires to learn how to use the Laser function. Only the programming that is needed for the Laser is reviewed.
Scheduled courses are offered free of charge to customers. However, customers are required to pay for their own travel-related expenses.
Special rates are available for Marubeni Citizen-Cincom customers in NJ, IL, and MA. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer special rates to hotels near the CA office. Please call one of the hotels listed below for rate information.
